Wheeling Noods Ramen Bar

Food was great!! Very flavorful and tasty. Got 2 custom bowls. Portions were large. Prices are fair for what you get. Glad to have a place like this in Wheeling. Booth and bar seating. Employees very friendly and personable and bowls came out in 5-7 minutes. Only complaint is bottled water offered instead of glasses, but not terrible thing and only $1. Definitely would recommend and excited to come back!

Most delicious ramen i’ve ever had in my life. First of all the chicken was seared with delicious seasoning, the broth was bursting with flavor and everything tied together were authentic perfection. The cheesecake was tasty too !

My partner and I dined here two days in a row—and we’ll absolutely be back again. The food, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional. As a self-proclaimed spice lover, I learned a humbling (and slightly fiery) lesson about their chili oil on day one. It was intense… and absolutely delicious. The next day, I built my own bowl with zero added spice to establish what I now call my “flavor baseline”—and even without the heat, I was blown away. Fantastic food and service! The customizable bowls are a great price for the quality and quantity you get! The variety of add-ins is also very good and makes it hard to pick! The chili oil is made in house and has a good kick. It adds great flavor and leaves a satisfying (not painful) spice to your meal. The broth was also AMAZING! I need it bottled. The service was wonderful! The waitress was super helpful and we were Wheeling Noods Noobs. The kitchen was also very quick at preparing our food. The atmosphere was pleasant and cozy. 10/10 highly recommend and we will be back! So glad we have this here!

Wheeling Noods Ramen Bar in downtown Wheeling is a spot I’m glad we have here in the Valley. The ramen is always fresh with a broth that’s full of flavor, and the portions are big enough to leave you satisfied. The staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. My visit to Wheeling Noobs in Wheeling, WV was hands-down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We ordered the Dragon’s Breast Ramen Bowls at Level 1 Spicy, and they were perfect. Just the right amount of heat—flavorful without overwhelming—and every single ingredient tasted fresh and vibrant. Truly unbelievably delicious. Huge shout-out to Aiden, who took care of us with top-tier service from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We seriously had the best time ever. If you’re anywhere near Wheeling and looking for awesome food paired with awesome service, Wheeling Noobs is the place to go. Already can’t wait to come back!
